Product 01
Pile Driving Equipment
Vibratory drivers and extractors, impact hammers and the power units that run them.

Supplied with
- Carrier-matched mounting bracket
- Matched power unit where applicable
- Hydraulic hose kit and couplings
- Warranty administered by CVK
A driver is only as good as its match to the carrier and the pile. Too much eccentric moment and you overload the boom; too little and you sit on the pile watching it refuse. We size the unit against your machine's operating weight and hydraulic flow before anything ships.
The side-grip vibratory units are the workhorses, pick, pitch and drive with one machine. For longer sections and marine work we supply crane-suspended drivers and impact hammers with the appropriate power unit and clamp.
Typical applications
- Sheet pile walls and cofferdams
- H-pile and soldier pile installation
- Tubular casing and pipe pile
- Extraction of temporary works
- Marine and bulkhead work (crane-suspended)
Built to be supported, not replaced
Sized against your carrier
We work from your excavator make, model and operating weight, not a generic weight class, so the unit does not overload the boom or starve on flow.
Side-grip clamp as standard
Pick, pitch and drive with one machine. The clamp jaw is rated well above the drive force so it holds section without chewing the web.
Matched power units
Vibratory and impact units are supplied with a power pack sized to suit, so you are not pairing a hammer with a unit that cannot feed it.
Configured before dispatch
Bracket, hoses and settings are made up to your carrier and checked here, so the unit works the day it lands.
